Somebody doesn’t like me?

I had an interview for another investment management company yesterday with the same person who interviewed me for a different position last year. And, same as last year, I didn’t get a second round interview. Goddamnit. What do I have to do to impress these people? She said that I didn’t express why I want to work at that particular investment management company. What else am I supposed to do other than tell her what I like about the company and why I feel that it would be a good match for me?

I have another interview tomorrow at 8:30. Let’s hope I wake up for it.
